Neil Kaden, Principal, manages circleNK, a small consulting practice offering personalized business, technology and customer service advice to start-ups and small fast-growing enterprises (www.circleNK.com). Neil can offer personalized business, technology and customer service advice to small and medium sized enterprises, venture investors, and professional services firms -- as an individual contributor, or leading a team of multi-disciplined partners. Previously at Nortel Networks, he developed extensive expertise in product and customer support, in launching new businesses and in managing small entrepreneurial start-ups from within a large enterprise. While at Nortel Neil handled operations leadership roles for businesses in different stages of maturity, and has led numerous customer-facing product support teams. Donald R. Brewer: Texas Venture Post, Entrepreneur-in-Virtual-Residence

Since graduation Donald R. Brewer's 14 years of work experience has focused on marketing, product development, and licensing at both well established companies such as Epson, and Fossil and venture capital backed startups. Most recently he worked as Vice President of Technology at Fossil to first commercialize a display technology he invented into what has become a watch product line with $60M+ annual sales, and then to develop a series of high tech watches in partnership with Microsoft, Palm, Citizen, and E-Ink. Before that he worked as a Senior Product Manager at EPSON and managed a $750M consumer ink jet printer product line. He was educated as an optical engineer with a B.S. and M.S from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. He also is an accomplished inventor with 6 issued US patents and an equal number of unissued patent applications as well as the author several published books in the field of computers and Internet technology.
